The Commonwealth People’s Association of Uganda (CPAUG) is an NGO that works primarily on advocacy promoting the values of the Commonwealth, fighting for human rights, including digital ones. Over the last 14 years, CPAUG has been at the forefront in promoting the use of information and communications technologies for development (“ICT4D”) among the youth for social change.
